buzzing in ears

Does anyone eles suffer from humming and buzzing in one ear or both...I do and they said its not tinnitus,I have all kinds of tests and they have no answers for me I am at the point where I want to damage my ear so I can not hear it anymore..It is driving me crazy.. It can get so loud it sounds like 80miles an hour winds out side a window. I can stop it some if I block off the vain in my neck BUT the Doctors told me not to.. HELP !!!!!!
