When you write a creative journal, you use your non-dominant hand to just scribble, draw or write whatever you feel like writing. What comes out of your writing may be intelligible, but with this exercise, you let your innermost feelings and thoughts show.This is one of the ways by which people are encouraged to do when they have to deal with their past hurtful experiences, or present painful predicaments.
