Recognizing that one needs to change is most definitely the very first step towards some sort of change. One really needs to take a look at their own behavior and from an honest perspective, as well.
If one realizes that they may require a bit of tweaking here and there then they need to take action and make sure to fulfill their goal.
Kids need to learn to thrive without adults around and this is, most times, the main obstacle in the way of good parenting. What is the first step going to be?
