Yes, we know that this is the self-help blog. But there are just some things that you don't normally do alone. Sometimes, you really have to ask for assistance.
That includes defending youself in the courts. Unless you are trained legally (and I believe this is still not recommended), it is not adviseable to represent yourself in court, because everything may end up against you.
