The practice provides Internet counseling and psychotherapy. The therapy is based on cognitive-behavioural and short-term dynamic psychotherapeutic approach. The practice specializes in areas of trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, and fostering resilience to adverse life events. Other problems/conditions may be dealt with as well such as low assertiveness, culture shock, grief and bereavement, dealing with physical illness, and others.~

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Internet is becoming more and more a place of information and knowledge exchange. Internet counseling has become ever more so popular with the corresponding reality of people not being able to seek face-to-face counseling due to various obstacles- such as lack of time or physical disabilities. Furthermore, internet counseling has been shown to be as effective as a traditional face-to-face counseling when dealing with non-severe mental conditions, or every day problems.
