This website says is the self help page, so here are my top 3 suggestions on how you can help yourself:1) Stop eating potato chips,
2) Stop eating potato chips, and
3) Stop eating potato chips.
Ok, seriously, you should add french fries and other "deep fried" foods as well. I realize this might be a difficult task, but it will help me from hearing about how Detroit or some other city is now being called "Fat City".
Now, because you won't stop these bad habits simply from reading this blog, I will give you a simple exercise to try:
The next time, and every time you bite into one of these delicious, but unhealthy foods, think about what you are really doing. Visualize this the best you can with every bite:
Visualize yourself drinking a cup of old rancid oil.
That should cure you of any urges for this food as you'll start seeing what you are actually doing and that is sucking down the rancid oil!
