Please give us a short summary of your website?

The website is a place where you can find out more information about Colin Christopher The Hypnotist and his hypnosis shows, video clips, contact information, Self Help CD's, and some information about Hypnosis.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We wanted a place where people would be able to see video clips of shows, contact Colin about bookings and other hypnosis information establish a presence on the internet and of course to book shows immediatly, quickly and easily from the comfort of their chair.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Our first website was http://www.themaxpower.com/ and it launched in 2004. The Max Power Experience is the name of Colin's Hypnosis Show so it was natural to have it as the website name as well. But shortly after Colin branched out into motivational speaking and we divided up the hypnosis show into the Colin Christopher Web site and the Public Speaking into the Max Power Website to give each it's own apecial branding.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

We would like to integrate it together with Colin's Official Fan Website http://www.isleptwitthatguy.com/ to have a user experience that combines the best of becoming a registered fan and having updated content including an extensive hypnosis information library.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Other hypnotists registering similar names to capitalize on existing name recognition. We've spent alot of time, effort, and money registering similar domains and domains with different extensions to prevent the occurance.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Creating The Official Colin Christopher Fan Club site at http://www.isleptwiththatguy.com/

At the end of Colin's show he hypnotizes people to say "I slept with that guy!". It's an easy phrase to remember and people go there and then to our main site.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

We've been running it for 4 years now and we plan on running it indefinetly no matter what.
