There are times in our lives when get unsatisfied on things going around our lives. We get sad, angry, and somewhat helpless, think you can't do anything at all. This is what you call depression.
There are different approaches to cope with this situation our lives. One of the most common is isolation from the general public or the environment which has caused the combination of uneasy feelings.
