I think it simply shows that our parents are the most influential people in our lives. Whether we like it or not, they are still our parents. We can't say, there's nothing we can do about it. Of course that's wrong! There are so many things we can do about it. If we see that our parents are like this, unconsciously we follow it. But in that case, if you see that something is wrong with their habits or attitudes and you acknowledge it, try to tell them in a nice way and also correct it within yourself. Learn from it. That's the least that we can do. Afterall, they are still our parents and no matter what, blood is thicker than water.
