Anger is a strong emotion which brings out or drains a lot of your energy which often wasted to other things like destroying something or trashing someplace, shouting, and such activities.
An article from Diet Cosmos suggests that you could redirect the energy that you release in anger towards your weight management regime.
By doing, you could also manage you anger thus like hitting a two birds in one stone.
